Experiencing Hotpot & Noodle Soup Bases and Exploring Foodservice Solutions
On September 15, 2024, a foodservice purchasing delegation from Singapore and Malaysia visited our company for an on-site tour and in-depth discussion focused on soup bases, hotpot soup bases, noodle soup bases, and compound seasoning solutions for the foodservice industry.
During the visit, guests experienced several of our core products designed specifically for restaurants, hotpot chains, noodle soup restaurants, and foodservice operators. Through live menu applications, our products demonstrated strong advantages in flavor consistency, standardized output, and kitchen efficiency, which were highly appreciated by the visiting delegation.
The delegation also had the opportunity to meet Chef Lo Kam Chuen, founder of our signature Golden Soup Series. Chef Lo shared insights into product development, soup flavor structure, and real-world kitchen applications, while personally joining the hotpot tasting session, creating a warm and engaging exchange.
Many visitors shared that they had already become familiar with our brand in overseas markets and traveled specifically to experience our products firsthand. This visit further strengthened their confidence in our capabilities in customized soup bases, menu development, restaurant standardization, and foodservice supply chain support.
